Booking Your Stay
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at hotels nearby the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings MUST be made via the Conference Organiser. Do not contact the hotels directly to book these rates. Prices listed are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, and are per room per night. Prices are room only rates unless otherwise specified.
Attendees are encouraged to book accommodation early to not miss out as rooms will only be available upon request subject to availability from Thursday, 3 May 2018.
All booking requests, cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser at registrations@pixamc.com.au.
Please note: Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking. Each guest is responsible for settling their own account as per the property’s terms and conditions.
Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the date range below, please contact the Conference Organiser at registrations@pixamc.com.au advising of the hotel, check-in and check-out dates and the room type you require. We will then make the booking on your behalf.

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur one (1) night’s accommodation charges. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of the booking.
Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise
Cancellations within 30 to 8 days arrival will incur one (1) night’s accommodation charges, and cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% of total accommodation charges. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of the booking.
Mantra Broadbeach on the Park
Cancellations within 30 to 1 days prior to arrival will incur one (1) night’s accommodation and no shows will incur 100% of total accommodation charges. This will be changed to the credit card supplied at the time of the booking.
Mantra Sierra Grand
Cancellations within 30 to 1 days prior to arrival will incur one (1) night’s accommodation and no shows will incur 100% of total accommodation charges. This will be changed to the credit card supplied at the time of the booking.
